Dr. Larkin has a PhD in Population Health, a program focused on upstream structural and intermediary determinants of health and their interactions. She has a broad range of leadership experience in government, community, and school settings. Her work is currently focused on human health and environmental risk management for climate change mitigation options and adaptation planning. Patricia serves on various boards of regional importance, including the Mississippi Rideau Source Protection Committee.
