Public Health Agency of Canada – Travel Advisory Review

RSI worked with the Public Health Agency of Canada to conduct a review of the communications methods employed in national online travel health services.

The project involved a review of the websites of consular services and country travel health advice programs of eight countries, including Canada, as well as three private travel health services. The focus was the communications means by which information was displayed, and technological methods by which citizens or members of the public could access the information both at home and while traveling. The analysis compared the type of communications technology used, and the level of interactivity that were associated with the services offered, among the governments reviewed and between the government and private services.
